How do you Ship the items? How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped via tracked & Secured E-packet, tracking information will automatically be sent by email once the item has been shipped.

Please allow 10-24 (average) business days for the items to arrive.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team by mail or leave a message on the online chat.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Indigo-Deals ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

I've placed orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
 
can a pay with a CreditCard if i dont have a PayPal account?
 
Sure you can! here's how:
After clicking on "Complete order" on the final checkout page, a popup for PayPal login will appear,
In the lower part of this window there is a button labeled "Pay with credit or Debit card" (highlighted Green in following image).
Using this option will allow you to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account (optional).

If you wish to complete your purchase via Credit-Card payment instead of Paypal,

and we will send you a direct Credit-Card payment link.

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Your credit card information is only available to PayPal in order to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 14 days from the day you receive your package. We do not refund shipping cost. Please contact us for shipping address.


Why am I seeing duplicate pending charges on my bank/card statement for one purchase?

If you see multiple/duplicate pending charges on your statement after making a purchase, do not panic. The duplicate pending charges are authorization holds that are still being processed. You are NOT being double-charged for a single purchase.

Authorization holds are a common banking practice (and are used at the bank's discretion, not ours.These "pending" charges will go away Once your transaction has been fully processed, This may take some time, usually between 3 to 5 business days.

You can verify that you are not being double-charged by checking your paypal activity logs, there will only be one actual payment made, you may also contact your bank/card issuer directly, they can easily confirm that the duplicate charges you may see are authorization holds that will be automatically released.

Most U.S states and countries permit possession of our products with benign intent, but Please check your local laws before purchasing our products. we will not issue refunds due to customs seizures / Fees / Penalties imposed by Local authorities  .
